Monday through Saturday 9AM to 5PM Pacific Daylight Time. We are open from 10AM to 4PM on Sundays. We deliver all day Sundays because we have a garden center also.

To help assure we will be able to take your order during busy holiday seasons please place your order at least two days prior to the following major holidays: Valentine's Day, Administrative Professional's Day, Mother's Day and Super Bowl Sunday!

We are only closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.

A delivery fee starting at $15.00 will be added to each local order. That fee will vary based on distance.

We make every attempt to deliver your flowers with in the time frame you have requested. If we are unable to do so we will call you as soon as we get the order. Keep in mind that we are open from 9AM to 5PM Pacific Daylight Time, every day except Sundays, when we are open from 10AM to 4PM. Rush delivery fee (only available by telephone) is an additional $25.

U.S, orders must be received before 12:00 Noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same day delivery. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile, so if you have a last minute need please call us in person and we will do everything we can to deliver according to your needs.

We will be happy to accept your international deliveries if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
